Entire Home w/ pool, walk to beach

The property was very nice. It was fully equipped with with everything we needed. The pool, pool table and foos ball game were definitely a hit for our family vacation. The neighborhood was great and the location to the beach just a short walk. There were so many attractions and restaurants which also made the location of the house great. We even were able to ride the bicycles. The house does have 4 floors with a lot of stairs. There is an elevator which stopped working. The staff at Anchor Reality responded quickly to my message about the elevator and had a service man out the next day. I also received a call and message with the time to expect the service. Overall, we had a great experience and look foward to making another family vacation at this property.

Located very close to the beach. House stocked with plenty of kitchen and beach items.

This is a lovely property and was ideal for our needs. It was very well equipped with all the kitchen supplies one could want along with comfortable and spacious bedrooms, and entertainment areas. Unfortunately, we encountered some issues with the property: Dirty floors, Mold in Pantry, mildewy shower curtains, filthy AC filters. These issues were reported and promptly attended to. We also experienced an unclean swimming pool, loose pickets on 4th floor deck (very dangerous for toddlers), electrical outlets in garage not working, hole in 3rd floor ceiling, filter in pool room not changed. We noticed numerous cosmetic issues that did not affect the quality of our stay but will likely become larger issues if not addressed. Things like water stains on ceilings, cracked caulking, rotting wood on 3rd floor deck, etc. I know this may seem like a litany of complaints, however I want to assure you that we had a wonderful vacation at Croatan this year and hope to return. I also hope that we left the house as you requested.

We had a wonderful time in this spacious family home close to beach access. The only problem we had was the elevator did not work for most of our stay (we reported and an elevator tech came and worked on it and it worked for a day but didn't work after that). Although this was an inconvenience for us it could have been a problem if we had an elderly or handicapped person because there are ALOT of stairs in this house. But other than that, the house was well equipped and very family friendly. We would definitely come back (if we could have assurance of the elevator working!)
